Thomas Broadstreet aged 73 years died of organic heart disease at 3 o’clock last Sunday.  Funeral services at the Baptist Church on the 11th by Elder Benman of Lebanon whom he had hired two months before to preach his funeral.

Mr. Nelson Wood, of Greencastle, was here on Tuesday last to consult with parties here in relation to instituting suit to break the will of his uncle, the late Thomas Broadstreet.
